How to Book & Payment Policy

  1. 1. Select your package

    Please choose a decoration package and send us the name and how you want it.

  2. 2. Availability Check

    Inquire about the event date. If not available, we offer alternative dates.

  3. 3. Pay Deposit

    Client makes a **50% deposit** to secure the date. Non-refundable policy applies, but rescheduling is allowed.

  4. 4. Payment Confirmation & Event Details

    Confirm payment and discuss event specifics. Gather essential information for planning.

  5. 5. Final Payment

    Final payment is due **two days before the event** via Zelle or Cash App (240-565-9202).

Venue Visit Policy

Decor By Bee **does not** conduct venue visits for backdrop setups alone. Venue visits are only included for clients booking a **full event setup**.

If a venue visit is requested outside of a full setup, an **additional fee** will apply to cover gas, mileage, and time. This fee is determined based on the distance and time spent and must be paid in full before the venue tour takes place. This fee is separate from your final event quote.

Damage Waiver Policy

⚠️ DAMAGE WAIVER is required for all rentals.

  • It's an **additional fee** to your rental cost and cannot be used to pay off the balance.
  • The damage waiver is **refundable** after your event and rentals have been returned without any damages.
  • If there are any damages, the DAMAGE WAIVER will be used to repair or replace the item. Additional payment may be required if the waiver doesn't cover the total cost of the damaged item.

A Note on Setup Time

Dear clients... We know you are excited to be at your event! If we have been contracted for **3 hours to set up**, we require all 3 hours.

**Please do not allow family and friends to come in and infringe on our set up time.** We want to give you the best setup possible without any obstacles or delays, so please let us have our space and time. ~Thanks for Understanding.
